At Shiftyle, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy respects your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Returns and exchanges within 14 days

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Please keep items unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging where possible. These conditions do not restrict statutory rights for defective or nonconforming items.

Voluntary size or color exchanges

For an exchange of a correctly supplied item because you prefer another size or color, the customer pays both return shipping and replacement delivery charges, where legally permitted. We will confirm the charges before proceeding. Exchanges depend on replacement availability. If unavailable, you may request an eligible return or choose another item.

Defective, incorrect or nonconforming products

If an item is defective, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 30 days of receipt to request the remedies available under Egyptian law. Shiftyle covers the necessary correction and shipping costs. Photos can help us resolve your request but do not replace your legal rights.

Contact Dorra with your order number, item and reason.
We will explain the return arrangements and any applicable charges.
Please coordinate the return with us before shipping it.
We will review the returned item and process the applicable remedy within legal requirements.

Refunds and shipping

Approved refunds will be made in accordance with applicable law. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange a suitable documented refund method without requiring store credit instead of a legally owed refund. For ordinary returns, Egyptian consumer protection rules, including distance-selling provisions and shipping costs, apply. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
