Shiftyle automatically calculates delivery charges at checkout based on the governorate selected in your shipping address. The applicable delivery charge and payment condition appear before you place your order.

About cities and districts: Shopify calculates shipping using the selected governorate, not a city name typed manually. Some areas such as Madinaty, Shorouk, Obour, Badr, Mostakbal, Hawamdeya, Badrasheen, Saf, Ayat and Atfih may have a different courier classification. Dorra may contact you to verify your delivery area before dispatch. Any additional charge will be explained and requires your agreement.
How are orders and shipping fees paid?
Cairo and Giza (areas with EGP 75 delivery): Pay the full order amount, including shipping, in cash on delivery.
All other governorates and areas: Shipping fees are paid in advance to confirm the order before dispatch. The product value is paid in cash on delivery.
Dorra will contact you on WhatsApp with shipping payment instructions and confirm payment before dispatch. Prepaid shipping fees will not be collected again on delivery.
